-450km detection range of Meraj-4. Battalion level

-320km detection range of S-band acquisition radar

-260km precision track range of S-band acquisition radar or detection range of X-band engagement radar

-200km precision track and illumination range of X-band engagement radar

This would be a possible interpretation of the numbers.

Does Sayyad-4 carry ARH seeker ?

there is no indication it does not, as Sayyad 3 and Sayyad 2 missiles had radars too.

the most important thing that is in Bavar 373 are Iranian codes which Bavar 373 use which means no one knows them so no enemy or friend can mess with the system some thing that we can not say about any imported Air defense system.

they said it has ABM Capability but did not say or showed anything and why would they, its not for export so why would they show the enemy how it kill's ballistic missiles.

I thought you are saying Iran is ahead of US and China in Air defense missile technology which I disagree with for obvious reasons. They have much bigger budget/brainpower than you do and are well ahead of you in this tech. That doesn't mean this isn't impressive, this is a good system for your country.

Extra-amsospheric missiles are by an order of magnitude more complicated technology than regular SAMs.

Western countries dont invent in long range SAMs because they rely on air force for air defence. Which is much more effective.
