Khamenei talks too much BS. Don't take his opinions seriously from logical point of view, since they have no logics, but take them seriously in the sense that they are exactly state policies of Iran.

Anyway, as the news the Iranians were referring to, showed, Azerbaijan has sent drones over Iran's nuclear facilities for more than two years and they did not even notice it. Then, Iran is Azerbaijan's playground in a more meaningful sense.
