Iran's Ayatollah: 'Death to America' doesn't mean 'Death to Americans'

Tsk. There are no religious tests or prerequisites for such things. Of course you're talking nonsense!

Yes, we Americans are quite pleased the government doesn't have a "grip over its citizens." We are citizens and the government belongs to us, we don't belong to the government! A government that "grips" its citizens reduces them to mere subjects!

Well Iranians and the developing world in general loveee American free style government then. Since millions of them immigrated(and still do) there instead of staying in their holy government controled peaceful islamic state. Lol. Funny thing is when most of them come to the west, they start despising their country's regime even more since they see how terrible they are ruled by the mullahs. so most of them never return back to settle there.

To make things worse, its estimated that Iranian immigrants started immigrating massively to the west when the islamic mullahs seized power in Iran and declared an islamic state. before that there wasnt much Iranians immigrants in the west. Most iranians in diaspora today who fled abroad(over 5 millions according to statitics) still invest hundreds of billions in the countries they fled to. It is even reported that Iranian expatriates had invested between $200 and $400 billion in the United States, Europe, and China, but almost nothing in Iran. Ever wondered why?:undecided:

Look at it this way: Both sides do whatever they can to further their own respective national interests. Quite fair.

Their own respective interests .. that's fair ... but how military coup in Iran or helping Saddam to invade Iran could be called respective interest? it's better to call it Machiavellism...
