Iran's new message to married couples is: go forth and have babies - the more, the better.

In a remarkable reversal of once far-reaching family-planning policies, authorities are now slashing birth-control programmes.

As if married peoples are really going to ask government before making or planning for babies. It should be decision of couple to decide it according to their personal circumstances . I mean if government dictate them to have more babies than government should also take the responsibility of providing them good free education, food, health , clothes etc
