Iranians Protesting Against its Regime in Tehran

May those who are right win. And those who are wrong loose asap

They should ask people of iran what they want. Have a vote etc..

Destabilize Iran won't be good for Pakistan, but if Iranians wants change than regime must step down peacefully before things get worse .

. .
I sincerely hope that Pakistani deep state got some sort of plan in place when this regime got toppled by pro American setup , Shah era type, someone Hamid Karzai kind. There are no middle path in Iran, either crazy Mullah or pro American lot. Pro American setup mean the opening of hell gates from Iranian border, cia/mossad/raw , you name it. we dont even have a local resistance like we have in Afghanistan in the shape of Talibans.
Shah's family would come back in power, they would be pro Pakistan, don't worry.

Yeah but they would be American lackeys no better than the GCC Arabs

Better the devil you know

Iran should crack some heads and try to push the U.S out of the region

Doesn't matter whether this regime is immoral or not but the fact of the matter is that it's very incompetent. With the amount of resources and educated poppulation it has, Iran can easily become the Germany of Middle East and be one of the most prosperous countries on earth but the result is that it's turned into an incompetent North Korea. Resources that belong to Iranian people are being distributed among Arabs all for some wet dreams of religious elites. Iranains in this forum also seem to be stuck in 1980s and don't seem to realise that the world has completely changed. We don't live in ideological mumbo jumbo anymore. Domination is nowadays achieved by industry and wealth. As long as Iran is isolated from global economy and choose to live in a ideological fantasy, it will never be a challenge to any country. Let alone the US. If this whole blunder has taught anything to anyone, it's that they need to rethink what their priorities are and the fact that their incompetent regime is wasting precious time and resources of the Iranian people.
Very well put, I think that's what the youth in the universities think like.

That"s more of a myth propagated here after 1971 debacle the Shah saw us a parasite and thought Balochistan on our side would be annexed to Iran besides the Shah wont come back to power in a highly unlikely overthrow of the current Islamic Republic regime the MEK would the high contenders they are the main State Department sponsors now especially under the Trump administration

I don't know man, I am more of a prophecies guy :-)
I read/heard from a reliable source of the kind I'm talking about, that Pehlawi's would regain power. I think this deep financial/ economic isolation would play a major role in it. It would be a peaceful transition I think, because of the internet and all.

It won't be

The regime in Iran has considerable support

Look in the UK labour party could bring thousands to protest but they still lost the election

The same goes for the U.S, India, Turkey or anywhere

Sure you have these anti regime fellows and sure they can bring people to protest, with a combination of liberal cringy blonde Iranians in the west backed by everyone from Jews to Arabs to Americans etc

But buttom line is that the Iranian regime has MILLIONS of its own supporters
They control the entire government
The army and Military
Have a personal armed guard
You could see the mass of their supporters in the recent anti U.S protests and sulemani funeral

Considering the consequences for their fall why do you think they would give up all this to a few thousand lackeys or protestors in a few places, not even nation wide when the regime could swamp these protests with millions of its own people

Also, even if we can give some empathy to the protesters for wanting change
Iran is under massive pressure from its enemies
The U.S befitting it's constant murderous adventures across the world has assassinated a Iranian general and Iran had displayed enough military deterrence to ward off a U.S attack

EVEN IF YOU DISAGREED WITH YOUR GOVERNMENT any protest now to destabilise Iran is not simply anti regime but displays a treachery that cannot be forgiven

Again I hope Iran changes for the better, but at this moment they need t rip to shreds these protesters
With long stays in jail or a coffin

People forget Iran has had massive opposition protest some violent as well, and plus during the 1979 Revolution there was various factions from hard core communists, leftists to nationalists that had Nazi leaning ideas of Iranians belonging to the white race lol, eventually the Clerics won cause they appealed to the masses instincts and were the "centrists" in the protests plus again in 1981 there was a coup pulled by the Rajavi clan who ran the MEK against the Islamic Republic that failed and Rajavi and his ilk fled abroad to Iraq and France,Iran Iraq war several infiltrations occured by Saddam backed groups failed after the war you had the 1999 protests failed 2009 failed 2017 failed all failed because they were sponsored outside and had support from a cry baby liberal elite or fifth column masses supported the clerical govt over the liberal infiltrators and will again cause the clerics have merged into the nationalists mainstream

.
Eh, why even protest, the Mullahs will just take down the internet for few days, do there thing, and it'll be like this protest never existed

Before the Soleimani fiasco there were massive protests already with 1500 reported deaths which resulted in Rouhani declaring victory merely days before the assassination.

Its almost next to impossible to know what actually happens in Iran.

.
Where are all the pro-Mullah Iranian supporters on this forum now???
Not really sure what is the need of this protest.
They mistakenly shot it. Admitted it. Finish.
Looks like uncle.sam wants to bring "revolution " in Iran. But he will fail.
People still love Iran and they won't do things against it

Iranians love Iran, that's a fact. But not this Iran, people need to be given reasonable liberties, things would slowly slide out of the current political set up, let it give a few years. Big/massive changes are on the horizon (the world over), this year and beyond is all going to be very eventful and fateful.

.
I see alot of criticism for Iran but dont forget it's the extreme sanctions on Iran which is causing economical losses. Any nation in the world would have problems. It's best for Iranians to support their military and make the nation safe from foreign sponsored revolutions. Let Asia rise and hopefully Iran will also rise.

The Iranian government meanwhile needs to become part of cpec and bring in Chinese investment in to their country, export oil and gas to Asian countries, build close relations with China Pakistan Turkey. They need to slowly move away from poisonous proxies and build themselves as a truly modern Islamic nation.
