Meanwhile NK also previous week tested UAV of comparable in size to Shahed-149.
But Iran has had the GAZA drone aka Iranian-predator (AND the Shahed-129) for a few years now in active service and North Korea is still testing its version so can you tell me how that means Iran will soon be "outmatched by North Korea"?

North Korea will never match or pass Iran's UAV industry or products, stop dreaming. Plus North Korea has much less funds $ than Iran for military reserach, North Korea is only getting ahead recently because of secret Chinese and Russian help, which Iran hasnt received all this while.

This is how Ukraine is trying to counter Shahed drones. This is much better than nothing & its a low cost solution but what about at night ?

Nothing new. Also looks like their is a Night vision sight attached to the AA guns. Basically, all about numbers and skill at this point, having alot of these systems spread around, and being in the right places at the right times (which is very difficult still) and having enough skill to damage it

There have been several instances where their claims have been proven to be categorically false. On many occasions they claims a 100% interception rate, only for contradictory evidence/footage to later surface, debunking their claims. It should be noted that recently Ukraine arrested 38 war bloggers just in Kiev, blaming them for revealing the location of Patriot batteries several few weeks ago.

This is rather silly since Russia possess spy satellite that can read the writing on gravestones, not to mention the network of spies and informants they have all over Ukraine, including within Ukraine's military apparatus. In Ukraine it's actually illegal to take pictures or videos of military installations or assets, damage to military property or pictures/videos of military grave sites.

Also keep in mind that Ukraine claims to have eliminated more than 220,000 Russian soldiers. This is actually impossible since the basic rule of thumb is that for every 1 soldier who is killed in action (KIA), there are usually 3 others who are either wounded in action (WIA), missing in action (MIA) or captured. So that would mean that Russia has all together sustained. 880,000 casualties thus far. According to most analysts, Russia has deployed no more than 600-800,000 troops, which would mean that according to Ukraine, every Russian soldier deployed is a casualty of war.

On some days, Ukraine claims to have killed 600 or 800 or 300 troops. Sometimes large numbers of casualties are claimed when the front is rather stable, without much activity even taking place. I personally am very skeptical about Ukraine's purported numbers. The Russians themselves are not

They say 32 out of 35. :coffee:

All night and morning the Russian army worked on the infrastructure facilities of Ukraine - explosions thundered in many areas, including in Kiev At night, Russian Geran-2 UAVs worked at critical infrastructure facilities. Explosions thundered in Kyiv and the region, as well as in Lvov, Odessa, Khmelnytsky, Mykolaiv, Zaporozhye, Vinnitsa regions and in Kherson occupied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result of the attack in Zaporizhzhia, the ammunition depot of Ukrainian militants was allegedly hit. At dawn the strikes continued. The footage shows how a Russian “bird” proudly flies over the independent capital. A fire broke out in Kyiv after a drone raid. The strikes also hit a critical infrastructure facility in the Lviv region - local authorities have already confirmed the arrival.

Footage of a Shahed drone being shot down in Kiev but another one hit its target causing a large fire

Shaheds drones will soon be launched from fighter jets & bombers, giving them a range of 3000 KM

Here is a Shahed that was shot down with a MANPAD.

This can't be right because they're saying that only 3 Shahed drones made it to Lviv but there are several reports of explosions in multiple other Ukrainian cities caused by Shaheds. They're obviously exaggerating. 50% or 70% would be more realistic. Also it should be noted that in many cases Russia does the following. They launch Shahed drones towards various targets. If they hit the targets great, if they get shot down, the Ukrainians now give away the location of their air defence systems. This is followed by Russian cruise missile strikes on the air defence systems as well as more Shaheds & missiles launched towards the targets that were missed. In some cases there are 3 or more waves of missiles & drones. Recently Russia has been focusing on targeting the radar systems of the air defence systems specifically. This has paved the way for Russian aviation to be basically flying with impunity over the front lines in Zaporizhia, where Ukraine is trying to conduct its faltering counter offensive.
