Milimeter wave warning system.
They are devices that warn you milimeter wave radar is locked on you.
And milimeter wave radar usuall os used in missiles.

Some more drone pics from gaza

This is the Shehab drone/loitering munition.It looks to be somewhat similar to the ababil 2 based qasef drone/loitering munition operated by the yemenis,except that this palestinian variant appears to based on the single tail version of the ababil 2 rather than the twin tail version used as the basis for the yemeni qasef.
Interestingly,judging by the pictures,there seem to be both twin cylinder and single cylinder powered versions.Perhaps the twins are used to power the loitering munition version with its larger explosive payload,while the singles are used for the recon version to provide longer endurance.
