More like Israeli Harpy
Yeah,you can see it uses the exact same sort of rudder and elevators set-up as the harpy,rather than the elevon set-up that the 131/136 uses.

These were probably inspired by the chinese asn-301/jws-01⬇️,which were likely based on the israeli harpy.

Harpy costs around $70,000 a piece as opposed to Iran's Shahed-136 which reportedly costs around $20,000 each. Of course $20,000 is just a guesstimate. Maybe one day we'll find out exactly how much each unit costs.

There are now reports that Iran and Russia have agreed to setup a Shahed-136 production line inside Russia. So obviously the Russians were happy with the results and want to add this to their arsenal. Most likely a license agreement between both parties.

I once read that Dehghani Firouzabadi, Scientific Assistant to the President of the Republic, demanded that the production of electronic chips based on 180 nanometer technology begin.
But I searched a lot and did not find this wonderful news
There are many countries that Iran can supply with this technology, such as Russia, China and India
It has quartz sand with a purity of 99%
It has wafer-based industries such as solar panels, LED lights and screens, as well as electronic chips.

When Iran manufactures semiconductors and turbine engines, only then will we say that Iran is the second most important maker of drones in the world.

Even if Iran does not possess the technology of making super-metal alloys, composite materials, ceramic materials, glass, optics such as lasers, infrared rays, satellite communication and positioning...

by what i understood that fab is not for chips and memories , it produce sensors and CCDs
If a Fab can produce CCD chips then it can also produce memory chips...CCDs are memory chips where the transistors are exposed (charged) by photons. And in semiconductor industry Memory chips are considered technology drivers..because they are simply arrays of Transistors (millions of them).... how you interconnect these transistors inside the chips will make them to be a microprocessor, a EPROM or an FPGA etc chips.

And by the way if they can produced IR CCD chips they are way ahead..

they produce those Ir CCD chips , but they can benefit from improving the process and made denser chips if we want to build something like Pirate which is inside Typhoon

According to this video, the Russians are using Tupolev-22M and flanker variant jets to launch Geran-2/Shahed-136 drones into the battlefield in Ukraine. Not sure how accurate this is.
