Armor like that is pretty common among SOF. Protects the vitals, sacrifices some protection for increased comfort and maneuverability. Usually special forces prioritize mobility and modularity over protection hence they use FAST helmets, Bump helmets and armor covering the upper torso only. The armor you posted is too bulky and uncomfortable for common useAt least they are wearing body armour so that’s progress.
No supplemental body armour to cover major organs from the sides and no neck body armour. Only first dude (higher tier SOF) is even wearing a modern bulletproof helmet.

A variation of something like this would be more ideal for highly specialized and trained units (your best of the best).
The armour they are currently wearing should be made standard on all forces including conscript. And the one above should be for SOF.
desert cameo vs jungle cameo , take your pick . by the way they seems did ran out of clothes in color of body armor or perhaps body armor in color of the clothes , depend on how you look at itIRGC in Syria. Dude on right has Ruyin-3 armour, helmet, & uniform in different camos lol

Are you surprised though? For simple things like they, care is not applied in the details, even though technically it is fine.IRGC in Syria. Dude on right has Ruyin-3 armour, helmet, & uniform in different camos lol

Apparently using a plate carrier from an Iranian manufacturer called CTSU?
BTW do these companies have websites? I share the sentiment of the twitter account, it's very hard to do research on these companies with such little information.
There's little problem with it, just cracking a jokeAre you surprised though? For simple things like they, care is not applied in the details, even though technically it is fine.
It's not for larping. Their vests are quite prominent in IRGC special forcesFound the manufacturer, seems to be just some guy sewing gear for LARPers and soldiers.
