Which basically means that the Rohani administration has given power to the fools that think it's a good idea to buy expensive space tickets rather than building our own which seem to be the same people that stand against Iran developing it's own heavy SLV's for sending up stationary communication satellites.
If India can send it's own probe to the moon for $70million USD it's all the prof I need that until we can send our own multi tone GSO communication sats into a stationary orbit using our own SLV and until we can send our own astronauts to ISS using our own launch vehicles then any cooperation with any country that possess more advanced technology than Iran will be more harmful than beneficial to Iran's space program.
Iran Space Agency should have been working to build it's own closed cycle Rocket engine that where powered by easily produced and easier to manage liquid rocket fuel that would have been easy for Iran to produce and store.
And if U.S. leaving the JCPOA hasn't changed Rohani's mind on Iran's Space program then clearly nothing good will come out of Iran's space program until he is gone.
