Why don't they use animal organs? I think they used a pig's heart to replace a human's heart

because human body reject it in seconds and no we don't use a whole pig heart , we use its valve.
by the way for the people who don't believe this news we already produced artificial trachea with human stem cell , don't you think it would be our logical next step to try producing more complex organs ?
