KUWAIT CITY April 7: The Directorate-General of Civil Aviation yesterday morning forced an Iranian airliner to return with all passengers because it did not comply with the international laws, reports Al-Seyassah daily.
According to knowledgeable airport sources the plane arrived from Isfahan, Iran and landed at the Kuwait International Airport at 07:00 am.

The authorities did not allow the 50 passengers to enter Kuwait because none of them had entry visas and moreover the Kuwaiti authorities had no prior information about the arrival of these passengers.

The plane was forced to takeoff at 2:50 pm. The daily also said the airport staff members are being interrogated how the plane was allowed to land without prior permission.

Aviation laws stipulate that permission should be granted at least twenty-four hours before the arrival of the plane.

I Don't know about Isfahan Airport , but I'm sure in Tehran Airport there is no way they let you Board the plane in International section of Airport without your VISA and Ticket . and no Airline here sell you a ticket without VISA unless there is no VISA agreement .

there was problem in Iraq border with people who went on pilgrimage without Visa (they did it by land not Airplane), but honestly I've never heard of any pilgrimage site in Kuwait

I worked in Istanbul Atatürk Airport and have seen 2 persians trying to board in Israel flight with their iranian passport with no visa and no jewish-proof paper. Intentionally or unintentionally mistakes happen from time to time and Kuwait has the right to investigate them

Persians are generally troubled people with their fake visas and passports or even trying to fool you intentionally by saying they dont need visas and stuff and their famous imposters but also sometimes airline workers make very absurd mistakes

There is no more fake Iranian Visa than Turkish one as a matter of fact it's a lot lees , you can ask it from EU officials .

by the way and it has nothing with air line staff it's police jobs to check your VISA , passports and else before even they allow you to enter foreign flight section , also the agencies that sell the ticket cant sell you ticket without Visa and Passport .and mistake happen for 1person or two person or three person not all passengers of a flight which will be more than 50 person .

more importantly you won't send back such flights immediately . if the plane is not in schedule you don't allow them landing and if they land you held them for investigation not just send them back .
