Well we can reasonably assume both are being tested as we speak. Although Shiraz is still in progress on construction, they could still be testing new technologies prior to continuing on with further construction.

I think we must wait until dated satellite imagery is released to be sure. If they look the same as the above screenshot, it is very likely that Sahand will be undergoing sea trials and will enter service in a short time.

Damavand had an accident right after Iranian oil tanker . and we have plans to increase our ships capacity 4 times .....

There is no news about the crew and that's 20-30 million US $ burning , what a shame

به گزارش گروه دفاعی خبرگزاری فارس، صبح امروز ناوشکن دماوند در هنگام ورود به بندر به علت افزایش سرعت باد و طوفان شدید در دریای خزر، با موج شکن‌ برخورد کرد که بنا بر اعلام روابط عمومی ارتش، این برخورد، جزئی بوده است.

طبق اطلاعیه ارتش، کارشناسان نظامی گفته‌اند که آسیب‌های وارد ناچیز بوده وصدمه وارده در زمان کوتاهی برطرف خواهد.

Any news on the status of damavand?,the only source I could find was the infamous babak taghvaee who claimed that the ship had capsized in a storm and that the loss of two personnel was because the navy hadnt bought any life jackets in 40 years,in other words pretty much what you can expect from him,but it would be nice to have some independent sources.

Iranian warship crashes at Caspian port, two crew missing

BEIRUT (Reuters) - An Iranian warship crashed into concrete wave breakers at a port in the Caspian Sea and two of its crew members are missing, according to local media reports.

The 100-meter long warship, called Damavand, crashed at the harbor town of Bandar Anzali during stormy seas which kicked up waves as high as four meters, Gilnegah, a website focused on news about the northern province of Gilan, reported.

Six crew members from the warship were initially knocked into the water during the accident and four were recovered from the sea. Pictures posted on Gilnegah show the damaged warship listing to one side near wave breakers that protect the port.

No official statement has been issued on the number of dead or injured from the accident.

As you see in below the Asr passive radar is missing ... also fire control radar is missing.
