These are not TL-7, they are Iranian made and upgraded versions of the C-802 missile. Called the Noor missile.

After years out of sight, Iran’s sole indigenous Nahang (Whale) Class midget sub is confirmed still in service. The 24m (80ft) boat is visible in multiple sequential satellite images from Google Earth from Dec 2015 through to July 2016 at Bandar Abbas.

The Nahang was the end of a line of indigenous midget submarines built in Iran. It was eclipsed by the North Korean designed IS-120 GHADIR Class which has been built in large numbers (estimated 20), and is operated by both the IRGC-N and the Navy.

سردار علی فدوی: صبح امروز در مراسم الحاق نخستین شناور تندروی بُرد‌بلند در مؤسسه شهید محلاتی بوشهر، با بیان "در آستانه هفته دفاع مقدس شاهد بهره‌برداری از یکی از دستاوردهای مهم نیروی دریایی سپاه هستیم"، اظهار داشت: شناور شهید محمد ناظری دارای قابلیت‌های مهمی در عرصه‌های دفاعی و دریانوردی دارد. وی با اشاره به اینکه در سال 95 نیروی دریایی سپاه طراحی‌های جدیدی بر‌اساس سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی کرده است، خاطر‌نشان کرد: پروژه خیلی بزرگی با انواع کاربری‌ها در نیروی دریایی سپاه امسال طراحی و تولید می‌شود. فرمانده نیروی دریایی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی با ابراز اینکه این شناور دارای 3 هزار تن وزن است، گفت: این شناور 114متری هم کاربری نظامی و هم غیر‌نظامی دارد و
تا 50 نات دریایی سرعت دارد؛ محدوده این شناور جهانی بوده و این شناور قادر است در تمام آب‌های آزاد جهان دریانوردی کند. وی با اعلام اینکه طراحی و اجرای این شناور در سازمان خودکفایی نیروی دریایی سپاه انجام شده است، تصریح کرد: این شناور با مشارکت دانشگاه‌های امیرکبیر و صنعتی شریف با فناوری‌های مدرن و پیشرفته طراحی شده است.

TEHRAN (FNA)- Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Second Naval Zone General Ali Razmjou announced on Tuesday that the IRGC Navy has launched a long-range high-speed vessel capable of carrying military helicopters.

"Today, the Shahid Nazeri long-range speed vessel which can sail long journeys has joined the IRGC Navy," General Razmjou told reporters in the Southern city of Bushehr today.

He said that the round-the-clock relentless efforts of the Iranian experts and engineers have paved the way for launching the state-of-the-art vessel with the capability to navigate in roaring waters as well as landing and taking off of the military helicopters which is another achievement for the defense sector.

"The IRGC Navy has always made advacements and made valuable successes and under the current conditions it has made the Islamic Republic of Iran stronger by making use of modern technology and equipment as well as high missile, defense and deterrence power," General Razmjou added.

Shahid Nazeri vessel is capable of conducting operations in tidy waters and carry 100 military personnel and military helicopters.
