Iran will reach all its plans under these financial conditions in 2030
At that time, Iran will have an industry of turbine engines for its planes, fighters, helicopters, ships and submarines

Depends on how much fuel it burns. A commercial jet can carry substantial more fuel than a fighter jet can. Fighter jet will also be somewhat compromised on radar if it attaches external fuel tanks as RCS design becomes compromised.

But it’s interesting they used the J-85 as their basis.
 

This cell test is Going to be very advanced. Most of engine test cells in the world do not have this capability to create flight conditions(simulating wind, rain, snow, and hail or even create normal weather conditions during flight) inside themselves because they are only going to test an overhauled engine. in other words, they cannot simulate the atmospheric conditions including low air pressure at high altitudes and the air speed that enters the engine during cruise flight or soaring. but this cell can simulate high humidity and freezing conditions and low air pressure conditions. along with normal flight conditions or air turbulence as well as the vibration that the engine brings to the pylon or internal structure of plane, which means that they are following the development of the engine in a good way, because as I said before it is much higher than the standard of a normal engine test cell, it is worth mentioning that engine test technologies are as important as metallurgy technology in jet engine development and manufacturing. There are less than 7 countries in the world that have such engine test cell operational.

It doesnt looks like the pics i saw of Jahesh-700. What engine is it? Or is it Jahesh-700?

It is not Jahesh, engine in picture is a lot more complex than Jahesh turbofan and even J85 turbojet engine.
Not sure if that is 1:1 scale model of engine or downscaled representation of one.
Looks like low bypass turbofan engine.
