Why dont Iranian troops know how to use sqaud tactics? Even in the video elite troops look really awkward when trying to pull off western style squad tactics. I mean i could even do a better job than these guys in the video . Why doesnt Iran just ask china or russia for training when it comes to such tactics instead of trying to copy them trough what seems to be rambo films.

I also understand not all Iranian troops can be trained when it comes to squad tactics due to lack of money, but Iran, just like turkey should have atleast 50 thousand extremely well trained troops instead of this clownish desperate attempt at copying western based military squads.

What are these 1950s squad tactics?

The way they hold their guns, have their fingers on the trigger when they shouldnt, aim and run while aiming really makes me think Iran hasnt improved its training since the shahs time. Also I notice no different varieties of guns in the squads, when they could be mixing up aks, hecklers, fateh rifles, m16 khiabars, light machine guns, snipers etc.. and give each man a role in the squad.
