Are those AK-74s?
Those are AK-103s that were purchased from Russia a few years ago. Iran also manufactures its own Ak-103 copies under license most likely. Iran has never purchased AK-74s as far as I know and I have never heard of 5.45mm x 39 ammunition used by IranAre those AK-74s?
Or 103's.
Getting hard to tell these days.

BTW, any news on a new Iranian tracked and wheeled APC/IFVs?
Can't you get license for BMP-3, BTR-82A?
Or just upgrade your BMP-2 to one of the BMP-2M (Several Variants are there) with Iranian made weapons.
And your upgraded wheeled BTR-"82" (Iranian Upgrade package for BTR-60PB, not to be confused with russian BTR-82 variants) with BMP-2 turret?
some 47 some 103Are those AK-74s?

All the rifles in these pics are AK-103s. look at the butts and muzzle breaks. Iran does not have AK-47s. Only AKMs,Type-56 and KL-7s.some 47 some 103
Army(Artesh)Still, Iran is using too many different ammo-types for small arms.
I understand the "two army"-system.
But couldn't it be like Wehrmacht/Waffen-SS? (Not in the beginning when the Waffen-SS had often to rely on foreign weapons bc Wehrmacht had priority and didn't want to share.)
So, IRGC is always the first to get the new stuff.
Then the premium army units.
Then the regular/typical army units.
Then the reserve/training units.
Less stuff is always better (except for few specialized units), smaller logistical footprint, you can easier mass produce ... logistic is one of the (enormous) strength of the US (look WW2, pervert).
ATM (mostly?)
12 gauge (Both)
9x19mm (Pistols, SMG) (Both)
5.56x45mm (Artesh, IRGC Special Forces)
7.62x51mm (Artesh, IRGC Special Forces)
7.62x39mm (IRGC)
7.62x54mm (IRGC)
12.7x108mm (Both)
Usually I would like to decide on "Western or Eastern "Interim" (5.56x45mm/7.62x39mm) and "Full-sized" (7.62x51mm/7.62x54mm) - Rounds...
What do you guys think?
Everyone, except special units, the same?

Waste of money. There is no imminent threat of land invasion to be pouring money into tanks, APS, IFVs. iran is literally one of the most difficult countries to take over via land.
And for offense purposes, it’s enemies are all far away out of the range of such weapons (Israel and Saudi Arabia) so it’s not like Iran would use them on an offensive campaign.
Thus it has the least priority in armed forces.
This is a wrong and dangerous mentality to have. Although most of Iran's territory can be considered as a "mountain fortress", the Khuzestan plains where the majority of Iran's oil fields are located are very vulnerable to modern armoured warfare considering Iranian armour is generally very outdated.
And who is going to invade Iran by land with at least 750,000 soldiers in near future (less than 5 years) ? Do you even know where Khuzetan is? How has the latest in armour helped Saudi Arabia defeat Houthi’s and there $100K Kornet missiles?
What are your credentials making such a claim? Pentagon and former Israeli spy chiefs have discussed the fact a land invasion of Iran is next to impossible.
You didn't read what he said properly. He mentioned importance of Khuzistan province to Iran, perhaps critically important and its terrain is very suitable for heavy armor.
Just because today you do not see a likelihood of an attack does not mean that the situation can never change rapidly. Proper militaries do not equip and train them selves for battle only when battle is imminent. They do so in order to be prepared for any future threat that may arise. If on Sept 10 2001 someone was going to tell you that the U.S was going to invade Afghanistan by the end of the year, what would you have told them? And who is going to invade Iran by land with at least 750,000 soldiers in near future (less than 5 years) ?
