Abii jan, some countries are trying to cause instability in Iran . They can't get to top officials so they settle by assassinating ministers and judges. The Police Chief is told to portray the image of stability so that's what he says. Expect more killings, bombings , etc.. They are doing this because they want to put pressure on Iran.

And they can't get top officials? Just last week a top dog prosecutor was assasinated in Baluchistan. Over the past 20 years countless top officials have been assasinated. The right arm of khamenei was crippled in one of those very assasination attempts.
