No. I have a normal internet service. I can access google.com, yahoo.com, Yahoo messenger and Gmail and I can chat with my friends who reside in Iran as well. It sounds completely unbelievable for me that someone says Yahoo and Google are blocked. You could chat with me on Yahoo right now if you want.
most of the google search result will endup to advertisements and non seance and most of keyword in advertise you know ,are kinda banned in iran,its a robot that filtering sites so its not weird to ended up there!No - i am not saying sites are banned, but most of the link in search result doesn't work because in my case they are mostly point to tech blogs or community sites. Next time you come to Iran than try to open google.com instead of google.fr or google.ca

Yes, probably.Actually, he must have tried opening google or yahoo with other than .com postfix and that is blocked, when i came here first time i also faced this problem
