Iranian Chill Thread

I think your time would be better spent watching videos learning how to make apartment buildings that do not collapse at the first shaking...leave Iranian affairs to more intelligent individuals.
Don't worry, we know. We're just corrupt as fvck. Same as you

This was what i thought at first on the internet, can't we have someone living in Azerbaijan talking for Azeris instead of people in Turkey talking for them?

Exhibition of pre-raped then mutilated alive parts of a woman as a trophy of war
Not a new practice

Torturing the bodies of killed female fighters is not a new practice. The dead body YPJ fighter Emine Mustafa Ömer (nom de guerre: Barin Kobanê) was also tortured in Afrin. The Turkish-backed Syrian militias first killed her and then tortured her dead body. They posted a video showing how they tortured her dead body on social media platforms.

Their naked bodies were exhibited

Not only in North and East Syria but also in Kurdish region in Turkey, women were killed and their dead bodies were exhibited on social media platforms. Women were brutally killed during the twenty-four hour curfews declared in Cizre. Soldiers first stripped them naked and took their photographs. Then, they posted these photographs on social media platforms.

On August 10, 2015, YJA fighter Kevser Eltürk (nom de guerre: Ekin Wan) was killed in a clash with soldiers, her dead body was tortured by Turkish state forces in the Varto district of Muş province. Two days after her death, the photos of the YJA Star guerrilla stripped naked and dragged down the street by Turkish security forces were released on social media platforms.

This is the save level of savagery we are currently seeing in the Ukrainian war (beheading, cannibalism, desecration, rape, destroying cultural sites)

What do these people have to tell to others in the region about killing civilians and doing genocides? I am pretty sure these same soldiers would do the same on Iranian soldiers (and to be honest, on whatever ethnicity soldier probably)

Azeri sources are starting to claim "Armenia used Shahed 136 suicide drones for first time today and killed 3 Azerbaijani soldiers with a shahed strike"

could be azeri propaganda (to increase anti iran rhetoric in baku) , we will see
It seems that the word "Shahed-136" "Shahed strike" became useful for any propaganda on iran, as its been used and talked so much in medias, this is something to point Iran at and make emotivity from the public

Permission for what exactly? Iran isn’t exactly invading countries either. It lost its own backyard (Caspian Sea) to Azeris and Russia.

Japan is an economic powerhouse that used western investment after WW2 to become a technological giant. Japan is also latent nuclear power like Iran….without draconian sanctions. The shah was doing what Iran started in late 90’s back in 70’s. Iran was going to be a nuclear power either way.

It literally is the economic engine of the EU. Without Germany, Euro collapses. What a naive comment.

Hypocritical coming from the guy in the UK. Do you even own any property in Iran?

All the ex-pats telling those back home to eat grass and not capitulate ‘Margh ba Emrica’, when they are working and providing to the very western states they loath.
Japan has no independence in its FP, I can't even count how many US bases and soldiers are permanently stationed on its territory. There also isn't an Israel in East Asia that controls America's FP, so your comparison is misguided.

The Euro being reliant on Germany ≠ Germany controls the EU (your original claim). Germany subsidises the budgets and debt of the poor European nations like Spain and Greece. What a privilege. Ask the Germans here, one already told you.

Pointing out that the response of Iranians (or anyone) will differ depending on the framing of the question is not hypocritical at all. It's a fact, whether you like it or not. Quite rich of the loser in the USA who can't even speak or write Farsi to bring personal insults into this.

Azeri sources are starting to claim "Armenia used Shahed 136 suicide drones for first time today and killed 3 Azerbaijani soldiers with a shahed strike"
It's fake news spread by Baku regime liars, Armenia's MoD already officially denied it (and denied being in possession of any Iranian drones).

Iranian military forces received over 1,000 pieces of equipment this week, please where are the posts and threads on PDF covering those equipments?

wow, Iran can only be stockpiling all these deadly and advanced military equipment and munitions for one reason- a military clash could be near. if Ukraine wasnt going so bad for Biden he might've already initiated the clash with Iran.

Check the Groumd Forces thread, pictures of new military equipment and refurbished as well, it’s been up for awhile.

So, i stumbled on a nice video.

So, 35 years ago Iranians were no different. Attacking civilians as they do now. When conforted by a real army, they got their asses kicked.

I should thank god everyday for borning Turkish. I don't know how could i live if i had been an Iranian (god forbid).

On a second though, i think i wouldn't be ashamed if i had been born an Iranian because i would know no shame.
You leader literally did the most rookie and low IQ strategy which is to fight and lose a proxy war on your own borderline and brought in 4+ million Syria Arabs that in 20 years will grow to resent you, and will outgrow the turkish population. Don't expect gratefulness from them. Well played. You guys should attack and destroy the SDF to show your willpower before insulting Iranians who fight everyday in the battlegrounds of the world instead of fighting on online websites.

What happened to your Aleppo returns to Turkey dream? Now you are trying to make deals with the guy you tried to overthrow. Your divine genius of a Neo-Ottoman empire died in its first step. Not only that, but you did the most dangerous thing which is to **** up your demographics on your eastern and south-central regions (both of which have higher natural birth rates). Rookie mistake. You better hope your leader in the next election can fix it for your own sake.

So your entire concept if a country is successful is if they don’t military bases on it’s soil? What kind do what warped logic is that.

Japan is literally a top 5 economy in the world and the Yen is a reserve currency.

You haven’t yet told me what Germany or Japan wants to do that big bad US is not letting them do? You say they are not independent, but what does Germany or Japan want to do that it cannot? Japan is a latent nuclear power just like Iran. If anything both Germany and Japan are happy letting US do their dirty work and hiding behind the superpower.

Are they perfect nations? Of course not. But on literally every economic/socio/technological metric they are ahead of Iran.

How’s UK by the way? I’m thinking of visiting. The weather seems a big factor over there. Lots of rain and clouds.

Lastly, You didn’t answer my question on what actual business or properties you have in Iran? I assume nothing.

Many of you have ZERO actual ties to our country outside of either your parents or grandparents. So it is hypocritical for you to tell our countrymen what to do or not to do in regards to their livelihood.

I prefer change from within approach via referendums and an understand by the factions of the Republic that the current route will only lead to more instability.

It’s only a matter of time before the next major round of protests start. All its needs is another “spark”. Next time if the Bazaari’s and unions/factories join then it’s a big problem. Just ask the shah

So no Iran cannot just “change course”. It is an Axis power. So much like Germany after WW2 it would need to be completely gutted with most of its leadership executed. Military disbanded and not allowed for 50 years to 75 years any military outside of a small defense force. Missiles and nuclear program disarmed and destroyed. Pro Western puppet government installed with Mossad and CIA spies planted in every critical sector of economy and government to prevent a change in government in the future. And a few major US military bases on its soil to keep the Iranians honest.

That is the only way outside of western detente and acceptance of Iran, that Iran would ever be accepted by the West.

^ This to me would be far more accurate indeed.

South Korea is one of the most thriving countries in Europe, while North Korea is a hermit wasteland with feminines killing millions since the 90’s.

So ask yourself, what would the average Iranian on the street rather live in? Germany/Japan/South Korea? Or North Korea today and Iraq of the 1990’s?
You're uneducated arrogant ignorant illiterate.
North Korea is under sanctions since forever and such increased vastly since 1990s.
Iran would not have been in such position if there weren't being sanctioned by regimes based on genocide, theft and treachery.

That viewpoint has nothing to do with what I just said. Which is the actions that the Iranian government can take to improve its economy.

Last I checked mandatory hijab, cameras tracking who wears hijab, social media censorship, lack of economic reforms, lack of ease of doing business, strengthening contractual law, etc are all the decisions of an “independent” Iranian government, not any foreign powers.

Iran has been under “enhanced” energy and trade sanctions since 2008. Yet how come the currency finally devalued from 1100 toman in 2010 to 3000-4000 in 2015-2016 to nearly 50,000 in 2022/2023? The sanctions have virtually stayed the same. Thus sanctions cannot be the answer for all of Iran’s problems. Iranian officials themselves have admitted as much: problems with the economy and socioeconomic issues go far beyond just sanctions.

What's with you guys and always drawing in absolutes. He is describing what could've have been. We already know what situation the country is in right now, and their is no turning back. He is 100% accurate in describing what Western designs for Iran are, but he is also correct, prior to the Islamic Revolution, we could have gone the Japan route instead of the revolutionary route and undoubtedly would have had a much more enriched country, likely producing several million barrels of oil per day, and having 100s of billions of dollars more in the country to create jobs, and increase overall economy, increase in exports and wealth generation.

People simply cannot set their biases aside for one moment. No different than the USA where Republicans think Democrats are destroying the country and each party support stays ignorant to the damage of their own party’s actions.

How much more successful and thriving could the USA be if it had a bipartisan governance and wasn’t bogged down by lobbyists, military industrial complex, and excess bloat?

There is no question the Iran that did not follow the revolutionary path would be much more economically strong (likely a G-7 economic power) than the current Iran. The brain drain alone has cost Iran trillions in GDP and population stagnation since 1979. It’s hard to quantify the innovation that could have been started in Iran had those brilliant minds stayed there instead of fleeing to EU, Canada, and America like all these hypocritical ex-pats or Western Iranians. This is also another fact.

But mentally, these select individuals on this forum get caught up on well “Iran wouldn’t be independent”. Which again it’s not like iran is exactly invading countries and grabbing land in some Empire expanding state right now. So what has this so called independence brought us in terms of natural interests? Russia was so called independent and couldn’t even keep control of its old soviet satellite states from converting over to the West.

So what would Iran exactly be restricted on in this pseudo non independent Iran parallel universe? Iran’s nuclear program started under the Shah. Iran grabbing the islands in the PG happened under the Shah. It’s true Iran’s domestic industry at the time wasn’t amazing, but neither was that of its neighbors or peers. Where would Iran be in 30-40 years later under whatever form of government that the Shah’s death would have evolved to?

Japan is latent nuclear capability and has security guarantees from the US. Recently has started expanding their defense force at the encouragement of the US. Germany is also happy to let US and other NATO countries (France/UK) take on the brunt of military adventurism while focusing on its status as economic powerhouse.

So this notion that Iran couldn’t do anything because it would be allied with Western states is false. If anything Iran would have asked to do MORE and act as the policeman of the region and a bulwark against Chinese and Russian expansion. Hell Iran might have even been inducted into NATO, we simply don’t know.
