Oh and R&D spending in KSA is NOT 0.05% it has gone up since then to .25% in GDP still not as high as wanted but it is going up in accordance with the Education spending paying off.

US has not even been able to fight a few hundred troglodytes living in caves in Afghanistan and are now "talking" to them in Qatar.

Just read about Dasht-e-Leili Massacre. 2000 Taliban soldiers were killed in the air-tight containers in this single incident. God knows what has happened in a span of decade. However, Taliban survives to this day.

There is no military solution to Afghanistan. The entire world understands this.

Iran is much bigger and and several millennial more sophisticated than those troglodytes. US stands no chance against Iranians. A surgeon is judged by the end of his surgery and a soldier by the end of his battle. When you go and start begging your enemy for mercy, this is called defeat. This what US military is doing in Afghanistan.
