I don't understand what Iran wants to do.
Their FM came to Pakistan, and held great talks, and got a pledge for great cooperation from Pakistan.
Instead of following up on that, they make another belligerent, jingoistic statement against Pakistan.
The Pakistani state has never threatened Iran this way. Their nuclear program development is because of Pakistan.
Iran is getting isolated in the world, and doesn't have any friends or allies. Pakistan and the Pakistani people appreciate Iran, we are the only country in the world where the majority of the population view them favorably.
Yet, instead of working with us, they release these jingoistic statements. Pakistan and Pakistanis like Iran, but that does not mean that we take kindly to threats being made against us. We aren't perfect, but we are facing many threats through the WOT in Afghanistan; and it would be better for Iran to work with us.
That is a deficiency of the Resolution. However, the U.S. defines terrorism as, "the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives."Who is going to define the "terrorists". For your info the resolution 1373 failed to define terrorists.
The SC's remit is security and the Resolution invokes Chapter 7 of the Charter, making it the binding sovereign obligation upon U.N. member-states. No action by Pakistan = no rights to claim sovereignty with regards to other member-states' attacking terrorists on Pakistani soil.Where does it say that nations soverinity can be challenged by any Tom dick and Harry using the pretext of terrorism?
You have the right to your own opinions but not your own facts - meaning you don't have the right to re-define the terms used by others for your own convenience, nor portray peace-loving peoples as violent as a pretext for robbing and murdering them, etc.For us, the men sitting on PM chairs in new Delhi and tel Aviv are jet black terrorist -
Pakistan's generals disagree: link.Rest assured, our guns, our tanks, our jets, our missiles, even our nukes will be ready -
Last I checked, Pakistan does not deploy many security assets near its border with Iran so the announced redeployment may result in a sharp drop in cross-border terrorist activities (assuming that's how the new troops will be employed.)Sounds nice but since 2013 , 43 iranian guards have been killed by pakistan based terrorists.
So either pakistan security forces are incompetent to tackle terrorists using their territory or complicit in facilitating the terrorists.
Either way iran has the right to protect its border guards in the way it seems fit.
Then we will be kicked out of the game if yhey dare to attack pakistanNothing to do with Islam. Its just a game of power.
Pakistanis were right from day 1. Iranis, Indians and Afghans have made an alliance against Pakistan. We will see them.
Anyways more than typical rhetoric from Irani general, I 'd like to see Pakistani Shia members reply to this threat.
@BHarwana
Iranians do not reciprocate, they prefer Indians over Pakistanis any day.
Iranians have big psychological problems.....but a head of state should not be humiliated on a state visit. Issue of kulbhushan was raised with him but he should not ne snubbed on the face.Man f uck them and their temper, they may shove it up their......, if army discovered iranian link in terrorism in pakistan, why should they remain silent when that munafiq mullah comes here n acts as friend while using his intel to destabilize pakistan, its not our responsibility to cool tempers of every tom dick n harry, u should worry more about pakistani establishments temper when we discovered iran was in cahoots with india in their plans to terrorize karachi and balochistan, those munafiq iranian mullahs should come here n cool our tempers down n in regard to this idiotic kid general who thinks he can conduct attacks on pakistani soil, well we will stick a barrage of baburs and nasars up his **** in the first week and leave iran to mercy of its enemies with all of its airforce taken out on the ground in the first week...
Pakistan has sent it's border guards to secure the boundaries, coordinated action is expected against the terrorists. Hopefully

(And you have no idea how painful it is for me to support the murder-mongering mullahs of Iran over Pakistan...)
Unlike the
Isn't it strange that Iran is the one who has been caught red-handed for sponsoring terrorism in our country and still it has the balls to threaten us?Man f uck them and their temper, they may shove it up their......, if army discovered iranian link in terrorism in pakistan, why should they remain silent when that munafiq mullah comes here n acts as friend while using his intel to destabilize pakistan, its not our responsibility to cool tempers of every tom dick n harry, u should worry more about pakistani establishments temper when we discovered iran was in cahoots with india in their plans to terrorize karachi and balochistan, those munafiq iranian mullahs should come here n cool our tempers down n in regard to this idiotic kid general who thinks he can conduct attacks on pakistani soil, well we will stick a barrage of baburs and nasars up his **** in the first week and leave iran to mercy of its enemies with all of its airforce taken out on the ground in the first week...
No one on this forum speak for anyone besides themselves. If there is anything wrong here, its your approach to the discussion. Kindly don't bring your sectarianism views to the discussion next time.
That's because our establishment acted very softly on this issue and our govt didn't respond. If we had taken a harder stance, it would be the Iranians apologizing to us.
