A top Iranian cleric on Friday warned Israel and the United States that they would be made to regret any attack against Iran, amid mounting tensions in the nuclear crisis. "You liar Israel and you liar the White House... if you want to make an invasion we will give you such a response that you will regret your move," Ayatollah Mohammad Emami Kashani said in a Friday prayers sermon broadcast on state radio.
Tensions over the nuclear standoff have again surged in the past two days after Iran test-fired a broadside of missiles -- including one it says puts it within range of Israel -- in maneuvers that provoked international concern.

Iran will thurst an open war. An attack on Iran will unleash quiet a hell around in the region on U.S. and Israeli bases. Reminds me of General Aslam Beg's suggesstion to Iran, "Make Israel the hostage".

So Iran will unleash hell on Israel if attack will take place. Winning the battle or not is not a point here, damaging the Ziono-American military will be huge on the strategy menu. Greenzone will be annihilated. Afghanistan will become an open war zone. Freedom Fighters in Afghansitan will finally get to use Anti-Aircraft weaponry against NATO.

Israel will see missiles flying all over her state, with Hamas and Hizbullah joining hands from two fronts and possibly, possibly, Syria jumping in to cash in the opportunity to take back the golan heights.

US rejected Israeli plan to bomb Iranian N-sites​

WASHINGTON, Jan 11: US President George W. Bush rejected last year an Israeli request to provide sophisticated, deep-penetration bombs to attack Iran’s underground nuclear enrichment facilities, the US media reported on Sunday.

The Bush administration also rebuffed Israel’s plan to fly through Iraqi airspace to reach the Iranian territory.

The Israelis had not proposed a specific date for an attack and it is not clear how far into the planning stage was the request made.

President Bush, in an attempt to soften his refusal, told the Israeli government led by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert that he had authorised a new covert action to sabotage Iran’s uranium enrichment programme.

Three major US media outlets — The Washington Post, New York Times and CNN — reported the Israeli request and the US denial, attributing their information to unidentified Pentagon officials.

According to these reports, Israel approached the White House in early 2008 with three requests for an attack on Iran’s main nuclear complex.

Israel wanted specialised bunker-busting bombs, equipment to help refuel planes making flights into Iran and permission to fly over Iraq to reach the major nuclear complex at Natanz, the site of Iran’s only known uranium enrichment plant.

The White House “deflected” the first two requests and denied the last, fearing that an American involvement in an attack on Iran could create more problems for US soldiers in Iraq.

US might not, but Israel's been itching to do that for quite some time now. Last year, they staged a HUGE strategic Airforce Exercise. Which was pretty much like a rehearsal for a surgical strike deep within Iran.

Oh and if someone didn't know, The Iranians have a system for their youth called the "Basij Army". Trained paramilitary force with headquarters in basically every city. 20+ Million trained soldiers apart from the Iranian army. Israel would be in for a Surprise if they decided to attack Iran.

The Basij Army is actually 12 million yet it's still huge, making Iranian army the largest in the world. Israel doesn't have the firepower nor the manpower to defeat that.

The numbers are never confirmed, but according to the Iranian Generals, it's about 20 million. Might be more or less, but still, that's a LOT of trained fighters!

What makes you think we cant blockade Straif of Hurmouz and the whole Persian Gulf if they mess with us? When the whole U.S fleet sunk who would want to stop us?!
