The drones sure but Karrar is no where to be seen and looks too much T-90 inspired to actually be indigenous. I do not wish to be rude but Iran was probably sold blueprints and tech of T-90 by Russia in some back channel deal.
Similarly Iran's stealth fighter program cannot succeed. Even Russia and China have trouble developing this tech. The fighters it has developed based on the F-5 design are barely 4th gen.
But that is simply due to the heavy sanctions that result in Iran being so technologically behind. If sanctions are lifted, Iran can absorb a lot of tech from Russia and China by buying their weapons and license building them, SU30 or 35 or J10 or maybe even JF-17.
It has on the other hand done some good stuff with missile and rocket tech and I absolutely love the Toophan series of ATGMs.
