Iran-Turkey gas relationships

If I remember correctly we sued our Turkish brothers and won then they sued us in another case and they won right now its maybe 2-1 in favor of Turkey .

Both Iran and Turkey enjoy same level of HDI ( .76 -.77 ) . it means its completely halal to sue them in courts and take their precious Lira on the other hand its halal for them to sue us and take our precious gas because the gap between us is very close but its different between Iran-Pakistan case as you can see there is a meaningful gap between us in HDI . and as long as this gap exist talking about suing and stuff like this will not help .right now its duty of Iran to help Pakistan's economy grow .

You have to negotiate the problem with Trump, as no company is interested to build IP pipeline, nor any financial institute interested in funding this project because of sanctions. Even China backed off.

This project stalled due to following reasons:

1. Tariff-related disagreements between both sides.
2. Sanctions imposed by the international community on Iran during the period (1996 - 2012) in connection to its disputes with GCC, aggressive posturing in the Persian Gulf and nuclear weapons program. FYI: https://www.dawn.com/news/1368270

Iran seems to have dialed down its rhetoric and struck a deal with the US in regards to its nuclear weapons program in 2015 to soothe tempers, and situation is better now.

Problem is that business will not flourish in a dysfunctional political climate, no matter what.

That's solution for making payments for Gas but it isn't workable for building pipeline, You have to keep in mind that US & her allies are our major export destinations. What we will do with gas if we can't export our products. So, the concerns are real - The only hope is that Orange man succeed in isolating US. EU have already started showing middle finger but it still is in US camp.

Pakistan should build this pipeline by funding it through its own government funds if other companies are unwilling. Importing gas from Iran is the cheapest option.

Come on now, don't get ahead of yourself. It does not matter what 'Paint Job' you do, the fact remains that No one likes Iran. Iran can go anywhere it likes, but this pipeline will not happen UNLESS Iran presents a more economically feasible offer, and also DOES NOT allow India to conduct terrorism from its soil against Pakistan which is a big issue for Pakistan. The fact of the matter is that India is PRESENT in Iran, and IT IS using Iranian soil for TERRORISM right under the watchful eyes of the Iranian regime. Why would Iran expect Pakistan to entertain anything when it is allowing all this to take place?
