Iran to launch world’s largest gasoline unit

Can anyone tell me if Iran build heavy machinery for refinery ? Has Indian company Larsen and Tubro sold any such products to Iran ?

I guess for a refinery the hardest thing to produce is the tower and we can make them . but I'm no expert in this matter and maybe there are more important things that I'm not aware of.

about ten years ago we started to produce the oil refining parts and now we had reached 60 % self sufficiency and to make it 100% we need 10 more years and to start R&D and improving the SCIENCE of it we will need about 5-10 more years . so in fact in about 15 years ahead we will be one of the powers of this field of industry.
