I remember very well and will not forget it, when the US was busy bombing Pakistan with 420 drone strikes, Afghans were cheerleading TTP in the tribal areas causing an almost civil war and India was desperate for a war with Pakistan, Iran at that time (in that desperate hour of our need) was calling Pakistan a terrorist state, sending soldiers inside Pakistan and regularly violated Pakistan's airspace.

Sadly he can't.
Because he has to borrow large sums of money from Saudi Arabia. He would ask for concessions on oil. He would ask them to invest.
Iran cannot do anything beacsue of sanctions. Saudis only need one thing, no relationship with Iran.

I don't think the economic situation would allow Imran to court both Iran and Saudi Arabia equally.

A quarter of litre of milk in Iran costs 7000+ rial or 700 toman.

You are 100% right and I believe these points need to made to the Iranians directly.

They viewed us as American puppets and joined with India and Afghanistan to strike us when we were weak, believing we could not retaliate.

Yet to be fair to Iran, most of the lawlessness, drug smuggling, and border smugglers were on our side. Still this was a short sighted reaction by them.

Now that we are stronger, they have changed their tune. The choice for Pakistan is this: “Do we let go of the past and forge a new friendship with Iran in their hour of need, or do we want to spur them and be surrounded on three sides by India?”

I think less enemies the better, what do you think?
