Iranian intelligence is one of the most competent and professional forces on earth in my opinion...

and iran is not in the north Korean business of punishing family members of traitors... if they have sentenced him to death... then I am almost certain they are doing it with very good cause (especially since its so far after the fact and holds little propaganda value)

I've been to Iran many times, and I've never had any problems. If people come to Iran with the intention of nefarious and treasonous activity, then i have no sympathy for them. Western media makes it seem as if Iran is just arresting random people with foreign passports but this is not true. 1000s of Iranians are going in and out of Iran every day and no one ever has a problem.
