I am happy to see Iran take steps to improve relations with Pakistan. In my view, countries like Saudi Arabia and Turkey are quasi-allies of the US and not likely to support China and Russia's agenda except on isolated matters where they feel it improves their standing vis-a-vis the dominant US partner.
