There is clearly an external element that is trying to destabilize Iran-Pakistan relations. There are a few countries that are quite upset that Islamabad and Tehran have a similar Afghan agenda.

What you don't tell your people that Zahedan has been RAW's regional hub for decades until they moved to Chabahar.
