Well yes, But my point was simply that it certainly wouldnt stabilize the Middle-east. Israel having Nuclear bombs having nothing to do with this, This is about the possibility of a arms race that will start if Iran ever acquirs nukes.

but brother what I object to is the Israeli position that they can have them but no one else can. How can we Muslims except the Samson option and yet we can not have nukes. are we lesser humans?

Iran getting Nukes will worsen the situation, it's like we'll have a new bully in the ME, don't take me wrong my Iranian friends, I'm just stating a fact, and tbh, Iran is nowhere near to making a Nuclear device, and it's a signatory to NPT. And even if Iran gets Nukes, it's not only Israel who should be worried about them, it's actually whole Muslim world, we would have KSA and Iran going crazy on each other, and we all know Saudis are gonna go for a Nuke for themselves as well.. And that's where bad time starts.. It's not that I'm against KSA or Iran getting their hands on Nukes, but I think they are still those 5 yeaar old children who would fight with each other.. For God's sake, we don't want a Nuclear confrontation between two Islamic Countries..

And about KSA having a Nuclear umbrella, well, there's reality to it..

Pakistan do have this agreement with them, I mean we all know it's not possible if KSA is under threat and Pakistan wont do anything, that's a common sense now..

Rather than having Nukes of your own, lets go for a bloc which serves Muslim countries' interest, then we can all have Nukes, like NATO countries do.

As I said in the start of this thread. I am the first supporter of iran acquiring Nuclear weapons. Nothing will make me happier. I will be the first one to celebrate it here and would invite you all to dinner the day it is announced.

I do agree with yu on many aspects but this one is total rubbish.For saudia israeli nuclear bombs are more dangerous than iranians as their enmity for muslims is evident and yu guys have fought three wars with them not iran and this NPT thingy is nothing but crap.Dont let state propaganda blind our eyes.We are independent individuals with own thoughts so think yrself .Besides Iran knows Pak strategic alliance with saudia and will never dare to go beyond certain lines.

Actually from national view point Israel was never an NPT signatory that is one. Two it never even officially admitted to having nukes that's two. So that means if KSA was to start an official nuclear program along these lines from international view point we will be the ones under the gun.

But if Iran publicly acknowledges nukes then it is free for all for NPT countries since that treaty is thrown against a wall then. Our stance is clear. The US have been begging us to drop it but we are showing them the middle finger. "If Iran gets nukes we will get nukes" it is as simple as that.

I am just worried about it would start a arms race, Ofcourse i dont want Israel to be the only one with nuclear bombs and threathening countries. I think Iran and Saudi-Arabia should sit down and talk about this issue carefully, Make a deal or pact whatsover that it will not get out of hand.

1- Saudi Land Force (RSLF) 150,000 + 50,00 reserves
2- Saudi Air Force (RSAF) 32,000
3- Saudi Naval Force (RSNF) 40,000 including 10,000 Marines.
4- Saudi Air-Defense Force (RSAD) 25,000 .
5- Saudi Strategic Missile Force (RSSMF) 22,000

22000 only for missile force? I think they use humans as warheads.
