You do know that the GCC has an GDP (nominal) the size of almost 2 trillion USD? Making it one of the 10 biggest economies in the world?

You do know that GCC has by far the biggest oil and gas reserves on the planet, huge amounts of shale gas and oil and immense potential for alternative energy, especially solar and wind energy?

You do know that GCC has excellent political and economic ties with all world powers from the US to China which is the biggest trade partner of the GCC?

You do know that your "beloved" Iran is not innocent when it comes to proxy wars and extremism? In fact they have been leading on this front since 1979 hence their sanctions and political isolation which has crippled them and now they have gone back to begging the West to stop their sanctions?

All this decades of misery, 100's of billions of dollars etc. wasted on basically nothing. The world will never allow a nuclear armed Iran. That's that simple. The Farsi bravado here will not change anything.

Lastly you do know that Iran's biggest trade partner is the UAE by far right? If Iran returns to the global economy it will benefit the GCC a lot as well and increase mutual trade.

In any case Iran will not reach the economic levels of the GCC (if ever) let alone the Arab world but this deal is indeed good news for the region. KSA-Iran won't ever enter a war against each other so all that barking is a waste of time and Iranian meddling in 2-3 Arab countries is bound to fail as demography will always win. That's why Iraq will remain a Shia Arab majority state too which KSA and others should accept and cooperate with.
