I`m trying to point out that turkey has some very big advantages over iran when it comes to procuring parts and technology from nato and its suppliers whereas iran does not and basically has little choice but to acquire its technology wherever it can however it can and usually has to produce it itself in order to ensure its security of supply as well,turkey by comparison has virtually none of these problems.
