You got it all wrong. What you said is exactly what U.S does to countries it doesn't like, e.g no fly zones.

What the commander meant is that in case ISIS get within 40 km red zone, Iran reserves the right to attack them inside Iraqi soil. Nobody said Iraqis can't come to that area. It's a red zone specifically for IS terrorists.

It's a buffer zone. Ofcourse Iraqis van get near, because they are. But Iran's warning the group that Iran sees a close proximity of the group as an act of aggression It's right to do so because no country in it's right mind waits until the enemy is at it's door unless you're France then you just surrender .

What Cartells are doing is the exact definition of terror hence they are also terrorists, not to mention that the actions of those Cartells is not less cruel and sometimes even worse than isis, you dont need to be a religious nutjob to be a terrorist, something many people forget.

But the difference is that the U.S. has not imposed something that Iran has because we don't experience such situations, while Iran has correct? If Mexico has citizens committing acts of terror on U.S. soil, then we probably imposed such zone like Iran has.
