If I read your concern right then you are saying western propaganda against Iran making nuke is false; but one must ask why so much bravado ranting of having ethereal right to make nuke from Iranian leaders is all about ?

If you guys are not making one then let the IAEA or NTP stake holders see it.

here you are again wrong Iran and china have a program that made them
jointly produce UF6 and China announced it to IAEA at the same time but
before the programs starts china withdraw from it and instead sold Iran
blueprint for the factory no nuclear material so in fact Iran has no obligation
to tell IAEA about it until 6 month before introducing any nuclear material into
the factory .
more importantly UF6 is not any sort of military related material it's a necessary
step in enriching Uranium which is needed for peaceful nuclear activity .
in fact UF6 only can be used in enrichment not nuclear bomb neither fuel rods .

I know about that. China gave blue prints so that it did not have to return Iran's money. China actually withdrew under western pressure. These pressures are illegal under NPT since Iran has the right to get the technology from where it wants and whatever it wants and western countries actually have the obligation to help Iran to get those technologies. It is actually the western countries that because of their political prejudices are undermining the treaty and not Iran. They are fascists that is why.

Besides NPT was signed by Shah's regime and Iran can claim that he was not a legitimate ruler when he did it, thereby making the whole NPT treaty void.

International agreements do not work Pakistani way where any new ruler can disown the previous one and his International commitments.

Read the last IAEA report. Do not claim to be surprise that Iran is aspiring to have nuclear weapons, why this idea is so shocking for you?

Actually I did read, it rehashed the same "laptop evidence" from 2004, which previous IAEA director El Baradei rejected as baseless, and said there is not even a shred of evidence Iran is making nuclear weapons.

US werent happy El Baradei refused to "find" evidence of Iraq's WMD, and he also refused to accept baseless allegations against Iran as evidence. Therefore US with alies pushed marginal candidate Amano as new IAEA director, and he confirmed his allegiance with US.

"“Amano reminded [the] ambassador on several occasions that he would need to make concessions to the G-77 [the developing countries group], which correctly required him to be fair-minded and independent, but that he was solidly in the US court on every key strategic decision, from high-level personnel appointments to the handling of Iran’s alleged nuclear weapons program.”"

Then Amano exactly the same allegations and insinuations which were rejected by two previous IAEA directors, now are shown as "credible", without ANY real evidence to back it up.

Why Pakistan and India do not sign the NPT? First ask them to sign the NPT and then we can discuss Israel which never declared that it is a nuclear weapons country, like India and Pakistan. Iran violated its international commitments (to China too, BTW) and should be punished.

You believe it or not, You accept it or not, You like it or not.... India is the defacto sixth nuclear power. India will sign the NPT as a nuclear power, India will NEVER EVER sign NPT as a non-nuclear power.

We can import Uranium ore, Some time down the line, we will import the denied technologies... There will be no great changes between India and other 5 countries... Only disadvantage is India cannot test a nuke weapon!

nukes even Iran supreme leader has a fatwa that say Nukes are Haram
and against Islam teaching . what Iran Leaders always said is that Iran
have the right to peaceful nuclear program.
