Being "civilized" is also a matter of opinion that can't be measured. You also said "advanced," not civilized. Advanced means having a superior economy. Civilized is also not the topic of discussion.

Let's recap. You said Iran is backward b/c of petrodollars; I said petrodollars are in fact the only reason we're not Afghanistan and blamed our backwardness on other matters. You replied and said they were more "advanced" during the shah era; I showed you that this was not the case, USING NUMBERS. Now you say you never said advanced, but in fact you said "civilized"!!! If you scroll up you can look at your own posts and see what you said. Basically you have no idea wtf you're talking about or what you want to discuss.

there are some advanced country which have lower gpd compare to other non advanced countries ...

pity , there was Iran before Oil and even till 1950s there wasn't any significant oil income for us ... there was Iran and there would be .... in worst case we would be in same page as turkey ....

and there is more definition for "Advanced" and "Civilized" than your capitalism definition for these terms that measure everything by dollars ...
