China and Russia sanctioned us cause they prefer a backwarded and dependent Iran who keeps buying from them.
their position hasn't changed, China still hasn't payed it's debt, this week they blocked more of our money, while in recent months they even have refused to pay for our petrochemical exports.

This is the crazy rate of imports which is hurting us, not a little money which is given to poor people, this money is nothing in the scale of our economy.
but you may have forgotten that Rouhani had four years to exclude the rich families but he didn't.

Lets say your military budget is $30 Billion USD

Which is better to have?
1. 10 Million strong Military manpower
2. 2 Million Strong Military manpower
3. 1 Million(or less) Strong Military manpower

Fact is if you were to pay each solder an average of $400 per month (Paycheck, Clothing & Benefits) you wouldn't even be able to afford option 1 because the salaries alone will be greater than you entire budget at $48Billion USD
and option 2 takes 1/3 of your budget just for salaries which makes providing simple gear, transport & weapons for them another matter
So a sane person that understands numbers would take option 3 because a better equipped military can easily take on a much larger force if equipped with the right gear
And that tiny little $400 paycheck does matter when that number is in the MILLIONS!

he said our storage of wheat is only enough for three days, while EVERY FOOL UNDERSTANDS THAT IT WOULD TAKE AT LEAST THREE MONTHS TO IMPORT THE WHEAT, and we didn't see any shortage.
