If you read the article you will see that they already have reserve engineered it.

To be fair, reserve engineering just means they know how drone and its systems works, but to be able to replicate the technology and materials may take some time. For example, even if Iran would get F-22 blueprints today, they wouldnt be able to build the fighter for quite some time.
In any case, its great Iran completely cracked the drone, and will be able to use some of the gained knowledge right away on their own drones. I dont expect exact copy of RQ-170 in the near future though.
P.S. I do remember how Americans were claiming Iran wont be able to crack the drone security, what they'll say now?
Its called reverse engineering.
