Qaher and lots of other defensive projects were suspended during Rouhani's presidency, and if it wasn't the leader's order for increasing the defense budget and the coming election it would have remained the same.
hopefully we will get ride of this disaster.

I hope by that you're not seriously advocating another hardliner.....do you have any idea how much money we've lost under the conservatives or hardliners? we already have the reformists on power, and this disaster is their fruit.
IRGC has the tools and money, so they utilize it to take the projects that small Iranian companies can't afford, this helps the Iranian companies to grow and creates job for Iranian and of course funds the military projects. only Iran's enemy are unhappy with this procedure.
The corruption is the definition of liberalism which pro-west people are drowned in.

The Trillion Dollar figure comes from loss of oil exports due to undeveloped oil infrastructure, S.A. has been consistently pumping 10 Million bpd. We're still pumping under or near the levels of pre-revolution numbers, roughly 3.9 Million bpd. We should have increased those numbers in the last 35 years by at least 50%. Now do the math and see how much money that is in 35 years.
