C919 set to fly with imported engines initially-CIIF

China plans to equip it's C919 plane, that is the same class and size as this plane, with domestic engines from 2020 onwards. If the schedule is maintained then no reason that Iran cannot import the engines from China as the Ir-150 will most likely not start flight tests till this time. If the Chinese engine is not ready in time, then Russia should be able to provide the engine

Iranians and their jokes. I have never seen a anything from Iran that flies or works. Only designs and diagrams. Avionics Engines are something that Iranians wont have access to from the best in the world and hence this plane might never take off.

Avionics can be developed by Iran. They may not be cutting edge but Iran has the capability to get the job done.

Engines can be sourced from Russia now and circa 2020 from China.

Exactly. military.ir was a pretty nice website about 6-7 years ago too, but specially after the 2nd Ahmadinejad's election, some kids took the control of that website and made it like a garbage. now, that website is filled with some ultra stupid dreamers, and zero useful information. There are many kids like him in that website, and in their thoughts, they want to capture the world, and have some idiotic apocalyptic ideas. He and his new friends in this forum, have the same hilarious thoughts. They lack basic knowledge about science, engineering, and military equipments and therefore they can only troll and say nonsense gibberish.

I am not mad at all. Show me a video of this UAV flying. Iranians are highly overrated. I am yet to see anything impressive coming out of Iran. The 5th gen plane that Iran is boasting is also nothing but a joke.

I like Persian names and also Persian music. May be because some languages we do not completely understand and start to like their music, may be just like the case of Spanish music.

I wish Iran was allowed full participation in global trade and other exchanges and their nation would have been far better off. But they have worked hard to develop their country in many ways. Persians are known for their love of knowledge since ancient times.

Iran is a beautiful country with beautiful people. Some people may not like Iranians for religious or sectarian reasons which are irrelevant for me.
