Also, I don't think PDF is self made, it actually uses a third party proprietary paid software from a company called vbulletin, so unless the company makes and android/iphone version, im notsure if the webmaster has access to the code to convert it himself into an app

few days back I used forums via android and upon first visit I was notified by an alert that there is one commercial app available for this forums software. I think it was Tapatalk.

Yes but I can't get tapatalk to work on PDF.

Its called Tapatalk and will allow u to view vbulletin form of PDF
