thats a nice excuse- to cover up the failure of you judiciary system- ask your PM to find his from the thousands of pending requests and sign his death certificate ASAP- so the victims family might get solace- thats why the death sentences are for- for the victims families not for general public consumption- or else if keeping him alive to make his life miserable as hell was the idea- why not give him multiple life imprisonment-

That pakistani terrorist got Death sentence from lower court almost one and a half year ago....And fortunately for him in India even terrorists like him are provided with lawyer support and can appeal in higher court after getting sentence from lower court! This topic has been beaten to death. The Kashmiri struggle for Independence is indigenous. If India could deal with it's issue in Kashmir, then there would be no need for militants to cross the border.
