The terrorist caught is clearly from extreme north of Punjab, or somewhere near that. That person's accent is heavily influenced by Punjabi (Mahina => Minna, Kareeb => Kreeb, Bahot => Bot etc) and a bit of other dialects or languages that certainly are not from South of Pakistan (Unless he is from somewhere in Baluchistan). Even his features are more similar to those who live in the mountains, than to those who migrated from India/Bangladesh.

Not Tajikistan. His accent is influenced a lot by Punjabi, Pakhto & other regional dialects. It's not a genuine regional accent. If someone listened to me, they could straight up tell I am from Karachi the way I speak. But with this guy, you can't really tell where he's from.

Maybe his native is from a region bordering Punjab/KPK and he was currently residing in Karachi when 'duty' called him.

And you being from the master race of conspiracy theorists haven't drawn your own conclusion yet....well that's a surprise.
The article relates him to Karachi, my Punjab ancestral is no familiar with this accent and certainly none of my Karachite friends speak in that tone. Best to put him away with Kasab and he can explain to him all about....err Bhagwan.
