China and US are hundreds of times bigger and China has the world's most complex geological diversity, glaciers , permanent frost lands ,vast grasslands, desert, rain forest, tropical islands.... of course big countries have way more nature.

Its funny how nations can become uncompromisingly stubborn over little barren rocks in the sea, lol. For me, had i been in the leadership in Tokyo, i would have settled the Liancourt issue decades ago. These are barriers to greater integration.
