Bangladesh would get this speed within 5 years time.

In Chandigarh I get 50 MBPS speed on my Airtel :D

View media item 16800
That's 400 Mbps. That's impressive.
Or you mean 50 Mbps? MBps = Megabyte per second,Mbps = megabit per second. 8 bit = 1 byte.

I was talking about maximum speed you can get commercially
Avg internet user outside of large cities is unwilling to pay more than Rs 700-800
They normally opt for the cheapest available broadband plan,
Which provides 2 Mbps speed.

While Airtel offers upto 16 Mbps speed to consumers, its upto the end user whether they want to pay for it or not.

Depend on type of connection and area, for example in Dhaka, in my area I can get 12Mbps for 4,500/- Taka,,, Billing Plans

How is 3G and 4G network in BD?

On an average 1.5-2 Mbps ( 3G-Regular ) ...4G is wimax,..that will depend on which plan you are taking from the operators. ....Connections are pretty good if you are going to take GP connection for 3G.
