International Mod for BD forum

well the section does need a mod, if pdf administrators can spend more time to keep an eye in this section, then no need.
if can't, then A mod is needed. I would like to see mods from you, @Bilal9 and @Loki (he used to be mod before)
you all 3 are old members and generally accepted.

I propose @idune Bhai for Bd section. He will keep that section clean as distilled water.

BD defense section is as best as it has been. BD members have complains about Indian members mostly. BD section along with South Asia section is as clean as it can be. If we need mods it's in the middle east section. If there are any complains BD members can tag me, i do most of the moderation in Central and South Asia section, along with BD and Indian Defence section.
Can't take credit for all the moderation. Is there any particular complain?

ON topic: if there is a good reason, or if there are any good candidates. Admins will take a look. I hardly find the need for it. Very few number of reports coming from BD section.

You folks can tell me how should I say to @WAJsal that again it's same. If users themselves want to ruin the BD section then what's the choice anyone have ? I am sure many BD ppl read here yet they posted it in BD section without even bothering for what we tried to do for BD section.

Look at this tread. Ppl post here meme for endorsements. You can of course endorse ppl like @BDforever .. one of the few who has good working relationship with multiple country folks. But then what's more to say when anyone see the last 2pages.

You folks are representing BD. A very limited numbernof ppl, why don't you folks try and do a proper image correction by posting relevant things and maintaining quality in posts and discussions. Its not very tough or rocket science.

This is my point. It is troublesome to repeatedly call Mods and wait for their action. A resident Mod will look after the rules and regulations and warn anyone who violates including BDusers too.

Also is there any way to create a sub forum to accommodate Non Defense materials of Bangladesh??

There is a practical problem, unlike India, Pakistan, China, etc., BD section doesn't have subsections, and that's logical as there are only a handful of BD members here and a few threads are opened in this section. Now if you restrict the BD section ONLY for defence related threads, then I doubt if you would get more than two threads a year in BD section. So just let it be as it is, but yes, racial insults and/or derogatory comments from all sides should be curbed.

Off course Anubis is the best imo. But I didn't really suggest Rain man to be Mod of BD section first of all

But...but....my posts in BD section are mostly educational....these posts always spark intelligent (idune & munshi level) conversation and reveals unknown facts about Bangladesh. For example, just yesterday it was revealed through an intelligent conversation that half of the Bangladeshis are direct descendents of Ghenghis Khan, and the other half are direct descendents of Mohammad Ghori.......undoubtedly BD section has been very educational for me too...

@Anubis is the one who is a spoilsport here such a sensible member should be automatically disqualified to be a BD member, can we just ban him from BD section? Add @SHK and couple other guys in the list, I don't remember the user ids' correctly, persona_non_grata and Mohammad Khalid maybe......they should also be disqualified to be BD members for the same reason.

my vote is for @BDforever... he does not engage in much debate(no strong opinion either way.. may be coz too dumb ) .. plus he is well liked by others... which means its not easy to accuse him of favour/partiality.

Suggesting @BDforever 's name as a mod is like suggesting a jolly good bachelor guy to get married.
