International Mod for BD forum

We are in dire need of a Mod for Bangladesh Defence Section. Either assign one or discard the section. Members insult other members, troll, discuss off topic without risking warning and ban. Please help us. @WebMaster

BD defense section is as best as it has been. BD members have complains about Indian members mostly. BD section along with South Asia section is as clean as it can be. If we need mods it's in the middle east section. If there are any complains BD members can tag me, i do most of the moderation in Central and South Asia section, along with BD and Indian Defence section.
Can't take credit for all the moderation. Is there any particular complain?

ON topic: if there is a good reason, or if there are any good candidates. Admins will take a look. I hardly find the need for it. Very few number of reports coming from BD section.

Adding to what is already said by @WAJsal

What BD section first need is

1. Stick to Defence topics in Defence section
2. Pls either attach a google translate or ban all vernacluar medium posts
3. Utilize the stickies properly in Central and South Asia sections instead of opening multiple threads.
4. Open all other topics in Central and south Asian section deemed relevant and spare the defence section of all clutter.
5. Do not engage in troll posts or flame baited ones or even reply to it.
6. Tag the moderators by reporting it. They are humans and not 24x7 available all the times so pls have patience as well.
7. In case its still an issue pls feel free to tag me or any moderators in a post as well. Will try and channelize the issue to mod support side on priority. I am not a mod nor i have rights, as i said i will channelize the priority requests.
8. In general, the whole BD section has been cleaned recently by re aligning and re arranging major running threads with the help of @WAJsal

Please keep in mind when you reply to a troll post or a flame baited post, the conversation increases and many more members just jump in and ruin the thread. So essentially all of your cooperation is required to keep it clean.

They are ruining a completely defence related thread. It is a regular affair and a resident Mod is necessary. I appreciate recent moderation regarding illogical threads. But these kind of posts still need attention
