No, that's called reality. That reality bounds us all. China won't be the first one to do so. Historical evidence shows that major powers may not give heed to sub-organizations when their (organizations‘） actions clashes with vital national interests.

China will simply ignore the ruling, either way. This will be just one of the cases. Not the case. China will comply others when it sees fit.
