The Bangla we use was standardized by Bangla Academy in Independent Bangladesh. Go figure which one is Tagorized Bangla and Which one is Bangladeshi Bangla

Official language of Muslim Bengal until fall of Nawab Siraj Ud dawla was Farsi. So where do you find current form of Bangla anywhere within Muslim population as formal language. So you know Nawab Siraj was Persian.

Bangla Grammatical rules. I guess they tried to establish a set rule around 1935 after a call from Tagore to do so. But Our Linguists have worked to standardize Bangla without West Bengal influence under Bangla Academy.

Both English and Bengali literature started with Poems and Songs. Kolkata didn't even exist when we had a rich poetic heritage. Vidya Sagar helped to develop Essays Yes. The Hindu chauvinism and Jamatis both want to establish it as a kolkata based language. Funny because Essay is small part of a Bengali language.

Vassal states don't get blamed for killing their soldiers , bombing CIA bases and sabottaging American interests . Pakistan is an enemy as far as congress is concerned whom recently said that Pakistani's have been making them look stupid for 30 years

Muslim population of India is almost the same as Pakistan . Yet we have 10x more successfull people here . Muslims in India get discriminated against in all walks of life.

hello sir , i guess muslims in Bharat and bangladesh are much much better off as compared to pakistani muslim brothers . apologies if my perception is wrong as this topic is not debatable . bragging on isolated incidence and chest thumping just to retain or for that matter have an opinion to search identity is a futile exercise .

on topic : it is good that chinese people have shown the interest in learning the sweetest language of all , bengali , though it is hard to pronounce the words correctly for them always .
