East Asian countries have a high average I.Q. but very few geniuses. No major advances in science,technology, art or literature have come from them in modern times.

u do realize that a person of any ethnicity brought up in the same economic environment, conducive to personal growth, would score about the same within a standard of error. the differences that decades old study uncovered (despite non-uniformity of actual tests and other flaws) had a lot to do with the economic environment and socio-political conditions of those countries at the time.

i have still not heard a proper refutation of this basic fact. get a black, white, yellow, brown baby, bring them up in the same household, and their IQ's will be within the same variation as if they were all of the same ethnicity, in no particular order.
